Week 1, Day 7
AM–woke up late did some work, had Hansen’s Black Cherry Diet Soda,
1PM Lunch. . .craving sodium–had a pack of Oriental flavored Ramen (I know this is like the worst possible thing to eat ever, but I wanted it so bad)–330 cals
It is so hot in LA today, after eating my hot soup I started watching Huge on Hulu–my new fav show–and I fell asleep for two hours. When I woke up I just had to get out of the house and get into some AC stat! We stopped at Starbucks and I got a Venti Iced Coffee with milk–30 cals
I guess the heat made me lose my appetite because I wasnt hungry again until around 6pm. I whipped up a stir fry using coconut oil with veggies and tofu and we ate it over white rice. I calculated the calories in all the ingredients and then divided it by the serving size.
I had two cups of white rice for 410 cals and about a 2 cup serving of Stir Fry for 450 cals.
