6 weeks @ 1200 cals

Week 5, Day 2/Day 30

8AM–made coffee and then started working and forgot to eat breakfast

11AM–ate a Fiber One bar in the car on the way to campus @ 140 cals

1pm –ate half a mozzarella, tomato, basil sandwich on campus–estimating 350 calories –and a pack of Roasted Seaweed @ 60 cals–410 calories for lunch

3pm–Trader Joe’s Vanilla Mint Yogurt snack–130 cals

4pm–had some low fat cheese for a snack–28 calories

6pm–I decided to eat this left over chicken pasta dish that was in the fridge–it was about 1 cup of chicken  (250 cals) and about 1/4 cup of orzo (50 cals) with tomatoes, herbs and olives(50 cals)–and Im sure there was some oil in it (50 cals)–so dinner was about 400 cals

Skipped the gym today because its rainy and I feel achey–had a TJs Mocha Yogurt for dessert @ 130 cals

Today’s total: 1238 calories

    I saw those mint and mocha yogurts at TJ’s and almost got one but they kind of weirded me out, what do you think of them? Are they better then sugar-free jello puddings?

      Yes, I love them. I feel like they are more filling than the jello puddings. They mostly just add variety to the low calorie dessert-like substances that I eat.
