Day 1: 1260 cals

Day 2: 1238 calories

Day 3: 1595 cals

Day 4: 1380 cals

Day 5: 1370 cals

Day 6: 1730 cals

Day 7: 2300 calories

Workouts:

Day 1: 1.5 hours

Day 2: 0

Day 3: 1.5 hour

Day 4: 0

Day 5: 0

Day 6: 0

Day 7: 2 hour bike ride, plus a few hours at neighborhood clean up

Pounds Lost: -1.1

% Weight Lost: 0.66%

Change in Body Fat: -0.9%

A terrible week for the 1200 calorie goal, maybe this just shouldnt be done for more than 30 days, or at least maybe I dont have the will power to do it any longer than that.

Again the travel really messed up my workout schedule, mostly because I just didnt want to lug the extra clothes and shoes up there with me, its so nice not to have a big carry on on those trips where you have to take trains, etc.  Oh well.  Maybe this week will be better!
